Similar issue here, with no luck using wsreset. After 'install', an icon gets added to my start bar, but that links back to the store where I select install. Then repeat the process. After an hour or so of being caught in a loading screen cycle, a reboot allowed me to open the app store. But now I can't download anything. Same problem that a lot of others are having. I just got an email as I was typing this. The notification popped up but now the mail app won't open. This feels like Windows 10 is still in beta. Basic functions that should work on day one, doesn't and no one seems to know why. It's a sad world we live in when my Nexus 9 is more capable and more reliable than a i7 Surface Pro 3.

Tried everything, including clearing the cache, which only made it so Windows Store itself needed an App to open. Besides being unplanned and devastating losing all of that work, she was unable to fix the problem. Programs outside of Windows Store work fine. So I am done with Microsoft Store - this is unacceptable.
